These services relate to normal operation of your website and hosting server and services.  Base Support is included in the monthly hosting fee.

  • WordPress, theme and plugin updates as they become available.

Linux Systems Support
These services relate to processes within or in support of your web based systems. These processes may operate on your desktop and notebook computers, and on cloud accounts.
Services may include:

  • Setup and configure Linux Operating Systems and major applications in support of your web based systems.
  • Linux business processes support based on systems and software upgrades and additions.
  • Setup, configuration, installation, and maintenance of your computer system devices

Continuing Support Plans

Website support needs vary significantly based on the type of website and the functions it performs, such as: ecommerce vs static informative websites.

Plans and pricing will be developed in cooperation with the customer to meet the specific needs of each website system.

Time and Materials Hourly Support

Payment is by the hour for systems support, website updates and revisions and for email marketing services on an as needed basis with the prior approval of the customer. Charges are billed monthly when they occur.

This also applies to operational services in support of applications, such as those required for email marketing data base management and ecommerce processes.

Linux and Website Support Agreement

This is a mutually agreed upon contract to provide continuing, planned proactive recurring services. 

For website maintenance this provides for minor site changes, SEO improvements and updates on a regular basis. New pages and major site revisions would be under hourly support above.

  • Website Hosting support based on PALDOM shared hosting or customer’s individual hosting account.
  • Domain name registration and renewal.
  • Subscription management for such services as: Jetpack, Akismet, Yoast (SEO), WordPress.com, Weaver Xtreme Plus theme,
  • SSL install and support for communication and payment security.
  • SSH install and support for website maintenance, backup and configurations.
  • Website security install, configure and monitor for firewall, malware scanning and access detection.
  • Daily backup by website host through Jetpack Premium Functions.
  • Weekly off-site backup by PALDOM SYSTEMS.
  • Coordination of updates to website as provided by hosting service, and subscription and plugin vendors, such as WordPress, themes, Jetpack, Akismet, WooCommerce, WordPress.com, PHP language, Gutenberg blocks and application services.
  • Coordination with the hosting service and vendor for problem resolution when necessary.
  • Monitoring website performance such as:
    • SEO.
    • Website traffic activity.
    • Firewall and security reports.
  • Minor updates and changes to pages to keep the site current.
  • Support for website functions and content which is within the range of PALDOM SYSTEMS development responsibilities.
